Returns and refunds

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number. We'll reply with instructions on where to send it.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, or we've sent the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Returns from outside the UK: the same 14 days apply. Return postage is paid by you, and we can't refund any import duties or taxes charged by your country.
