Where we deliver

We deliver across the UK and to many countries worldwide.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is £3.95, and free on orders over £50. Orders arrive in 2–4 working days.

International delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated times for your country are shown at checkout. Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, charged by your country's customs and paid by you.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Delays and lost parcels

Most orders arrive on time, but occasionally weather or busy periods cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days (UK) or 21 working days (international), please contact us through our Contact Us page and we'll put it right.
